Payment and cancellation
Payment
You pay on the day of your flight, in cash, by Pix or by credit card.
High season
From December 15 to February 15, there's an extra R$ 200 per person.
Deposit on very high-demand dates
Only on very high-demand dates, such as around New Year's and Carnival, we ask for a deposit to hold your place. If the weather prevents the flight, the deposit is refunded in full.
Bad weather
We only fly in safe wind and weather conditions. If the flight can't happen because of the weather, we reschedule for another day.
Weight and mobility
We fly passengers up to 120 kg (265 lb) with good mobility. Wheelchair users should message us on WhatsApp first, so we can confirm the day's conditions and adapt everything to their needs.
Minors
Passengers aged 14 to 17 must come with their father or mother, who fills in the liability waiver.
